Students will train in the reality based art of self-defense. You will learn to defend yourself in a variety of ways including strikes, takedowns, joint locks, escapes, grappling and more. This is an excellent class for those who are interested in self-defense and not sport fighting. A uniform and protection equipment are required for class and can be purchased from the instructor for an additional fee. Family Rate: (6 to 12 years): 1st participant $50; 2nd participant $45; 3rd participant $40.

4 week classes: Fee: $37 for 4 to 6 year olds, $52 for 6 to 12 year olds, and $62 for 13 years and up.
